MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (WKRN) – A major development in the case of the teen accused of the mass shooting at Marshall County High School,,,
The trial will be held in Christian County, Kentucky. The judge and attorneys agreed to a change of venue.
Gabe Parker is accused of opening fire and killing two classmates in January of 2018.
Bailey Holt and Preston Cope, both 15-years-old, died in the shooting. 14 others were shot but survived.
Police say Parker confessed to the shooting. He is now 16-years-old and is facing multiple charges, including murder and assault.
His trial is expected to begin in June of 2020.
